Most online stores throw a thousand kitchen gadgets at you and hope something sticks. We’re not that. Kitchnko is a small Australian business with a small, deliberate range — every piece earns its spot, or it doesn’t make the cut.
Our job is to fix that — with as few products as possible.
We started Kitchnko because we kept watching friends drop $200 on kitchen storage from megastores and end up with three things they actually used and seven things in the back of a cupboard.
So we did the opposite. We picked four real kitchen annoyances every Australian kitchen has — spice chaos, dish-drying overflow, sticky floors, slow prep — and shipped the spice drawer, wasted vertical space, expired food hiding at the back — and stocked one well-made solution for each. No 30 variations. No “premium” lines designed to confuse you. Just four pieces that work.
If you walk away with everything you need, we’ve done our job. If you walk away with one piece because that’s all you needed, we’ve also done our job.
There’s a quiet trick some online stores play: they list “Australian shipping” while orders actually come from a warehouse in Shenzhen and take three weeks to arrive.
Our products ship from local Australian warehouses. Most metro orders arrive in 3–5 business days, regional in 5–8. Tracking is real. The phone number on our Contact page is a Perth landline, not a redirect. Returns go to a Western Australian address — ours.
None of this is exotic. It’s just what an Australian business should look like when an Australian customer buys from one.

Kitchnko is operated by PROCESS MANAGEMENT IQ PTY LTD (ABN 99 697 694 634), a registered Australian company based in Western Australia. That’s not just a footer detail — it’s why we can offer real local shipping, real local returns, and a real local phone number.
We work with vetted suppliers who hold stock in Australian warehouses and ship products directly to you. That keeps prices fair and delivery genuinely local — while letting us focus on choosing the right pieces, writing honest product descriptions, and replying when you have a question.
We’re new. The company was registered in May 2026, and we’re not going to pretend otherwise. What we lack in years we make up for in the way we run things now: we test before we list, we ship from Australia, we answer the phone, and we honour Australian Consumer Law as the bare minimum.
