Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including tracking details.

Delivery times (estimates from dispatch)

• Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 3–5 business days
• Regional areas: 5–8 business days
• Remote areas (WA, NT, far north QLD): 7–12 business days

• Free standard shipping on all AU orders over $50 AUD
• Flat-rate standard shipping of $9.95 AUD on orders under $50
• All prices in AUD

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your Kitchnko account to view order status.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately (before opening, if possible) and contact us at contact@kitchnko.store within 7 days of delivery. For lost parcels, we will work with the carrier to locate your order and either re-ship or refund per our Returns Policy.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels in transit, and re-delivery for incorrect addresses may incur additional charges.
