Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. The policy below describes additional rights we offer beyond your statutory consumer rights.
30-day change of mind returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for change-of-mind returns, subject to:
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all packaging and tags
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- A 10% restocking fee may apply for opened (but unused) items
- Final-sale items and gift cards are not eligible
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@kitchnko.store with photos
- We will arrange free return shipping
- You will receive a full refund, replacement, or repair (your choice in the case of a major failure)
How to initiate a return
- Email contact@kitchnko.store with your order number and reason
- We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a Return Authorisation Number (RAN)
- Pack the item securely with the RAN clearly visible
- Ship to the address we provide (keep your tracking receipt)
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. Banks may take an additional 3–10 business days to display the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
